In our modern plastic injection moulding plant we offer the production of plastic parts for a wide range of industries - from automotive, electronics, consumer goods,... to the medical sector. We have currently 30 injection moulding machines, mostly from Engel and Arburg. We are also equipped with a machine for two-component plastic injection moulding.
We have also newly purchased fully electric machines from FANUC for more economical and precise production of complex parts.

We process most thermoplastic materials - especially:
- PA6.6, TPU, TPE, PP, ABS, PE, POM, PC, PC-ABS, PBT,...
Of course you can also process composite materials filled with glass fibre (GF), glass beads (GK), talc, carbon fibre,....
Because we work with customers from different industries, we use materials from a wide range of primarily European manufacturers.
In addition to these standard materials, we also have experience with high-end materials such as:
- PPA GF45 - polyphthalamide reinforced with 45% glass fibre - high temperature resistance (short term up to 310°C), high strength and higher chemical resistance than PA
- PSU - polyphenylsulfone - temperature resistance over 200°C, itself V0 non-flammable, excellent chemical resistance
- PBT GF20 + 10% long stainless steel fibres - the material is conductive and the parts serve to shield electromagnetic radiation
mould care is supported by our own toolshop
Small mould repairs are made almost immediately - by our own maintenance. We have the following equipment at our use:

- surface grinder
- round grinder
- EDM erosion machine
- drilling machines, band saw, ....
Our own fully equipped toolshop can help with major repairs or modifications.
