UNIPLAST Pardubice spol. s r.o. is a purely private Czech company.
Our mission is to:

- cooperation in the development of parts and the production of prototype parts

For this reason, the company has set the following strategies in the following areas, based on internal and external aspects and analysis of relevant requirements of stakeholders:
a) customer requirements
To produce products and provide services that meet all qualitative (with the target of approaching 0 ppm), quantitative and specific customer requirements.
Delivery of products and services on time as agreed with the customer.
Provide complex services from prototyping, tool/mould making and process design to serial production.
b) employees of the company
Support the enhancement of employee skills and knowledge, improve the work environment at workplaces across the company, positively motivate employees and lead them to greater responsibility. Because reliable, loyal, motivated and involved employees are one of the company's greatest values.
Involve all employees in improvement processes.
c) process efficiency
Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system based on our experience, customer requirements and standards. To reduce risks and costs and increase productivity.
d) environmental protection
To minimise the negative impact of our activities on the environment - in general, energy and chemical consumption, waste production and emissions.
e) suppliers
Actively communicate with suppliers and use their know-how to optimise our own production and reduce costs, risk of complaints, ...
Keep fair relations with all suppliers. Where it makes sense to do so, actively develop suppliers.
f) legislative requirements and PR
Identify and implement legislative requirements for the company, its processes and products - including environmental and health & safety requirements.
Communicate openly with stakeholders and build the company's reputation.
g) health protection
To ensure compliance with the H&S principles, regularly trained by an external trainer, to ensure that all employees as well as authorised persons operating at the company's workplaces are maximally protected from risks.

Ensure sufficient resources for the continuous development of the company in all areas (technology, skills, safety, environment).
